Analyze sales data and determine appropriate target achievement of individual sellers and teamsCreate and implement efficient processes for calculation and distribution of sales compensationMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of current compensation plans, making recommendations for improvements as neededEstablish automated tools to increase transparency on target achievement for sellers and improve accuracy of calculationProvide guidance and support to sales teams and managers on compensation-related issuesCollaborate with other departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresStay current on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation calculations Requirements:
2+ years experience in sales operations, preferably sales compensation or any controlling-equivalent position
