We’re looking for a hands-on Cluster Sales Manager – Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue 📈.

This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing deals—not just reporting 🎧📊🤝.

🎯 What You’ll Own

👥 Manage 7-8 TLs and team of 6–10 Inside Sales Executives

💰 Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster

🗓️ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups

📞 Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity

🎧 Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing

🧹 Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)<...
