Job Description
We are 359 Degrees Marketing, working as an intermediary for an educational institution. We are currently looking for a high-performance Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into enrolled participants for our educational programs.
This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary.

What You Will Do
Your main responsibility is simple:
Turn warm and qualified leads into paid enrollments.
You will:
Engage with warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, and referrals
Conduct consultation calls via phone, Viber, WhatsApp, or Zoom
Present program value clearly and confidently
Overcome objections and close enrollments
Follow up consistently with prospects
Maintain accurate CRM tracking of conversations and pipeline
Work closely with marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates
