Sales Clerk/Cashier

Will be assisting in providing excellent customer service and supporting store operations .

This role includes greeting customers, selling merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries.
• Provide basic to in-depth product knowledge when needed.
• Support customers with purchases, exchanges, or returns following company guidelines.

Sales & Promotions

• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
• Suggest complementary items to support upselling and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals

Store Maintenance

• Ensure the sales floor, display areas, stockroom, and checkout counters are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
