Job Description

  • Initial contract for 3-months
  • Sydney or Melbourne preferred (open to other locations for the right candidate)

Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will be using your consulting, discovery and program management expertise to assess current versus future sales capability needs. You will work closely with People Partners and business stakeholders to define learning requirements, identify capability gaps and help shape the future sales capability roadmap.
A key component of the engagement will involve supporting and contributing to an RFP process to identify and evaluate a specialist external learning partner.
