• Formulate and implement business plans to expand local and overseas markets, developing sales and marketing support systems to improve work efficiencies and achieve company objectives.
• Set objectives for local and overseas sales effort and map out strategies to achieve annual sales & profit targets set by the company.
• Analyze past sales records, performance, track individual contributors, and investigate market trends and other relevant market developments in the region.
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Locate or acquire potential business deals by contacting new potential partners, engine spare parts suppliers, product principals; discover and explore opportunities locally and overseas.
