The Role

As our Sales & Business Development Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle — from finding and qualifying leads to closing deals and handing off to our delivery team. You'll be the face of Coder Crew to potential clients, helping startups and SMBs understand how AI can transform their business.

This starts as an individual contributor role, but as we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team.
