The successful candidate will lead and develop branch staff, ensure operational excellence, achieve business targets, and maintain strong customer relationships while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in branch operations, retail, banking, finance, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
