- Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation, and any price requirements. - Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with concern department (FQE, Logistics) to solve problems. - Analyze customers’ forecast data to ensure accurate information, input into the company system, and report to Manager. - Making a monthly/yearly sales plan based on customers’ forecast and market information, and monitoring orders to achieve sales targets. - Responsibility of the customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with the customer for appropriate L/T, schedule, and forecast to prevent the production line stop. - Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory, and overseas branches (in English) for getting support for customers' requirements. - Document support for customers. - Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit. - To get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing rela...
