Customer Support Representative
Provide world‑class service to clients’ end‑users via phone, email, and chat support.
Responsibilities- Research and resolve issues reported by end‑users.
- Maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues.
- Keep all login credentials and passwords confidential.
- Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with changing processes and information.
- Minimum age 18 years.
