Customer Support Representative

Provide world‑class service to clients’ end‑users via phone, email, and chat support.

Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve issues reported by end‑users.
  • Maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues.
  • Keep all login credentials and passwords confidential.
  • Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with changing processes and information.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to participate in a background screening.
