Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Replenish stock and monitor product availability.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to join immediately.
