JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate is responsible for handling and/or assisting customers' inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information through online channels, such as chat, email, and social media, while ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. This role involves product knowledge, customer engagement, providing excellent service to build lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. and focuses on converting inbound inquiries into successful sales.
