About the Job
Instil Learning Hub is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving enrollment/sales growth. You will work directly under the Branch Manager to ensure targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of prospective clients/students and present Instil Learning Hub's offerings as the best solution for their goals.
• Closing: Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
