Sales Associate - Key Stone
Candidates Location: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh
We’re excited to launch our next Sales Associate Cohort starting October 1, 2026 !
Designed for individuals eager to break into medical sales and build a long-term career within Mölnlycke’s Wound Care business, this is an 18-month, entry-level field sales role with a clear path toward becoming a Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
As part of this upcoming cohort, you’ll become fully cross-trained on our entire Wound Care portfolio, gaining the product expertise, clinical understanding, and field experience needed to drive meaningful customer impact.
During your first six months, you will:
+ Follow a structured milestone-based development plan
+ Build foundational clinical and product knowledge across the full Wound Care portfolio
