Pick n Pay is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales across our retail outlets. The role involves engaging customers, promoting product knowledge, and contributing to store performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance during face‑to‑face interactions.
• Actively seek and engage customer prospects within the store to maximise sales potential.
• Provide product information and recommend items that meet customer needs.
• Adhere to and achieve department sales targets on monthly, bi‑annual and annual basis.
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare sales action plans and schedules to meet specific targets.
