Sales Associate

As a Client Advisor / Sales Associate, you will be required to:

• Establish, build, and maintain client relationships
• Assist clients in selecting clothing, shoes, and accessories based on their individual preferences and needs
• Demonstrate deep understanding of our brand portfolio, products, and services, showcasing your passion and knowledge to enhance the client experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets, actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the showroom is immaculate, organised, and aesthetically appealing
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising our POS system, and following all Company policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Operations team, including fellow Client Advisors, Managers, and support staff, to achieve common goals
