As a Wine Merchant, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding service and assisting customers with their wine choices. Your responsibilities include handling POS transactions, merchandising, and contributing to community initiatives. Flexibility with shift availability, including evenings and weekends, is a must to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire customers through exceptional service and engagement
• Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Assist with merchandise receiving and stocking
• Exceed sales targets each shift
• Participate in community events and wine festivals
Requirements:
• Retail experience valued but not required
• Possession of Smart Serve Certification
• At least 19 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms
