Job Description

Our clients provide Customs Clearance Forwarding NVOCC, Warehousing (General, Halal, Bonded, Free Zone), and Land Transportation (Domestic, Thai-Laos-Vietnam Super Land Express , Thai-Cambodia, Thai-Myanmar).

Responsibilities

  • Being the window person to collect customer requirements and report to superior.
  • Collecting documents of customer services and making activities such as KPI, sales progressive record, and quotation control sheets summarize them and make data from them for analysis.
  • Trying to get business seed from our customers and report to superior.
  • Coordinating with our colleagues in every department to make our operation smooth.
  • Meeting our ISO operation and summarizing the results for the report.
  • Handling special assignments from Manager and Assistant General Manager.
