We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Stirling.
Our store closes at 6pm, the ideal candidate should be flexible to work mid‑afternoon/early evenings up until 6pm.
Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
Responsibilities
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in‑depth product knowledge
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintaining high standards both on the shop floor and in back areas
- Assisting with opening/shut‑down procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
