Job Summary:

The Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products and meeting sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a proactive sales approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies.
  • Process customer transactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure products are well-displayed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
