As the Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying sales and purchase contracts, ensuring data consistency and timely processing. 

What you’re responsible for:

  • Entering sales and purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently;
  • Verifying all entered orders for consistency and accuracy;
  • Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly;
  • Coordinating daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department;
  • Processing and pricing shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval;
  • Updating market prices for incoming orders;
  • Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders.
