Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well-advised and welcome
• Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers are looking for – whether it’s the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit
• You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction
• You work hand-in-hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations
• You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team
