Responsibilities
- Attend inquiries, quotations, and taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
- Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
- Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately.
- Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ lev with 1 year of sales support experience.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with knowledge in SAP preferred.
