Responsibilities
  • Attend inquiries, quotations, and taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
  • Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
  • Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
  • Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately.
  • Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ lev with 1 year of sales support experience.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with knowledge in SAP preferred.
