Job Description

  • Responsible with documenting, encoding, and processing of customer's PO.
  • Preparation of documents for customer's transactions (SO/DR/ Pull-out and others)
  • Attend to customer's inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other departments with regards to operational matters.
  • Work with the partner account officers with regards to handled accounts.
  • Can use common Office equipment like Computers, Calculator, Copier, and Fax machine.
  • Computer Literate, Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Perform other tasks as needed from time to time.
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills, Have Good Analytical & Logical Thinking.
  • Work with the partner senior sales assistant with regards to handled accounts.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Preferably math related courses.
- At least 1 year experience in office related work.
