Position

Sales Assistant (part-time / full-time) for one of our stores in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the principal brand ambassador, welcoming and assisting customers throughout the buying journey.
• Handle whole service on the customer journey, from welcoming to final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
• Perform stock counting and control, organize deliveries and maintain the stockroom.
• Organize products on the shop floor, implement visual merchandising guidelines, and collaborate on visual changes and window displays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• Sense of fashion and orientation toward clients.
• Dynamic, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
