Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
- Assist in handling sales enquiries via phone, email and walk-in, and ensure all enquiries are recorded and responded to accordingly.
- Prepare and support documentation such as quotations, proposals, letters, contracts, invoices request, and sales-related forms when required.
- Update and maintain sales records including customer database, account profiles, contact lists and filing system (manual and softcopy).
- Coordinate internal arrangements with relevant departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and Banquet for bookings, room blocks and event requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales reports such as daily enquiry log, monthly summary, sales tracking, and other reports required by the Sales Manager.
