Job Description
- Support the sales team by processing customer orders and assisting with client enquiries.
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously.
- Follow up on orders and ensure products are delivered as promised.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales, dispatch, and finance teams.
- Prepare daily invoicing reports and maintain accurate records.
- Process credit notes, re‑invoicing, and order amendments where required.
- Capture product information, lot numbers, and weights accurately.
- Scan and file invoices, proof of delivery (PODs), and related documentation.
- Ensure invoicing accuracy on Pastel and maintain administrative records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
