Job Description
- Enter customer orders into the system and follow up on delivery date confirmations and shipment fulfillment rates
- Manage order pull-in and pull-out activities, coordinating with factory sites to meet customer demand
- Arrange shipments and prepare required shipping documents
- Handle sample applications and arrangements, ensuring target hit rates are achieved
- Process and follow up on documentation applications and related system transactions
- Prepare and provide payment-related documents, support accounts receivable (AR) follow-up, and maintain records
- Support front-end and inside sales teams, including customer visit coordination
