Job Description

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service at Bohol Airport. This role supports daily store operations and helps achieve sales targets in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
  • Promote products and support sales activities
  • Ensure proper product display and stock replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
  • Process sales transactions and coordinate with the cashier
  • Provide excellent customer service to local and international customers
  • Follow company policies, security, and airport regulations
  • Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college undergraduate (college level is an advantage)
  • With or without sales experience (training provided)
