Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the branch daily, supported by an Admin/Sales Assistant.
- Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities.
- Prepare quotations and manage customer correspondence.
- Process sales-related administration using Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Oversee the loading and offloading of stock, including customer deliveries and incoming stock from Head Office.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor machine‑related issues on‑site.
- Liaise with and coordinate external service technicians for warranty and non‑warranty repairs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after‑sales support.
