Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the branch daily, supported by an Admin/Sales Assistant.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities.
  • Prepare quotations and manage customer correspondence.
  • Process sales-related administration using Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Oversee the loading and offloading of stock, including customer deliveries and incoming stock from Head Office.
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor machine‑related issues on‑site.
  • Liaise with and coordinate external service technicians for warranty and non‑warranty repairs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after‑sales support.
