Sales & Operations Associate

The Sales & Operations Associate drives growth while keeping execution tight. You’ll manage key distributor and retail accounts, own sales channels end-to-end, and make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly as the business scales. This role is for an all-around operator—someone who’s analytical, relationship-driven, and comfortable turning data into better systems, decisions, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key accounts like distributors and retailers across the FMCG market and handle the accounts management.
• Oversee operations at Dehusk, including end to end order processing, handling deliveries, inventory management and quality control.
