Key Responsibilities:- Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.
- Provide timely support and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support (freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
