This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely incentive payments, maintaining transparency in commission plans, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Global Commission Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of managing the global commission structure, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
Sales Incentive Documentation:Issue annual sales incentive payment letters and commission plans, including onboarding documentation for new starters.
