Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Operations Process and Tools Specialist II will support the business sales operations and enablement strategy. In this role, you will serve as a partner to develop and sustain moderately complex solutions that make the sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and data management to increase engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as business product owner of the customer relationship management tool, including effectiveness and utilization measures.
- Lead and coordinate the sales data management strategy across multiple systems related to customer, account manager, and product attributes.
