Sales Agronomist

Lucent Biosciences is on a mission to accelerate sustainable agriculture by delivering crop nutrition that improves yield, soil health and sequesters carbon. Soileos is our first product: a cellulose-based smart micronutrient fertilizer offering higher yields while improving soil health.

Who we are looking for:

A value creation, revenue-driven, quota-focused Sales Agronomist in Alberta or Saskatchewan to own and grow sales across Saskatchewan and Alberta. Your primary mission is to close business: converting retailers, growers and agronomists into Soileos customers and expanding revenue within your territory year over year. You will use your agronomic expertise as a sales tool, building credibility in the field and turning consultative conversations into sales. This is a sales execution role that reports directly to the VP Commercial.
