Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent in Rawalpindi. The Sales Agent will be responsible for:
Generating leads through cold calling and outbound sales
Closing dispatch clients in the US trucking market
Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Maintaining CRM records and reporting performance
Coordinating with the dispatch team after client onboarding
This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, confident in communication, persuasive in negotiation, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
