Source Code Academia is looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Agent / Call Center Sales Representative with BPO / Call Center experience to handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrolled students .

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound/outbound calls , WhatsApp, and online inquiries

Convert leads to enrollments through persuasive communication

Guide students on the online registration portal and support basic technical issues

Collect & verify Proof of Payment (PoP) to complete onboarding

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Coordinate with Sales Team & Cluster Manager...
