Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospect through various online platforms, databases and outreach activities.
• Present, explain and sell memorial plans; including its coverages, benefits, and flexible payment options.
• Educate clients on the importance of pre-arranged funeral planning.
• Recommend suitable plans based on client needs.
• Assist clients with the application process.
• Meet activity targets and achieve sales goals.
• Provide after-sales services, intent on maintaining good client relationships.
