About the role
The Sales Agent (Admissions Officer) is responsible for executing marketing and outreach plans and maximizing available resources to achieve the enrollment targets set by management. The role focuses on promoting the institution, generating leads, and ensuring effective conversion of inquiries into enrolled students through excellent customer service and persuasive communication.
What you'll be doing
- Implement approved marketing and outreach plans and activities.
- Conduct school visits, career orientations, and community outreach programs.
- Generate and monitor prospective student leads.
- Assist applicants throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Provide accurate information on academic programs, requirements, and school services.
