The front line of the member journey. Converts interest into memberships through genuine connection and disciplined follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
- Greet prospects and walk-in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
- Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
- Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
- Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
- Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
