Job Description

The Sales Administration Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales order administration process, ensuring customer purchase orders are reviewed, validated, processed, documented, and followed through accurately and on time. This role acts as a key coordination point between customers, Sales, Distribution Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs to support order fulfilment, invoicing accuracy, customer service, revenue tracking, and regulatory reporting requirements for Thailand.

  • Receive, review, and validate customer Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all required details are complete and accurate, including product description, quantity, pricing, discounts, bundles, delivery terms, and payment terms.
