Sales Administrator

OVERVIEW : Responsible for the internal/counter sales function, support to external sales staff on quotes and customer leads within a branch. Also responsible for sales related admin function. Communicating, calling potential customers and following up on quotes. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, answering telephones, questions and sending additional information and product promotions. Offering our service to the customer with the most friendly and approachable attitude.
