This role is the operational backbone of Cardinal Health Thailand, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy by ensuring seamless execution across executive support, office/facilities, sales reporting, finance, vendor management, security, and compliance. It drives business continuity, governance, and efficiency through disciplined calendar/travel management, accurate reporting, contract lifecycle control, and cost-effective procurement. By orchestrating multi-country logistics and safeguarding operations, it elevates employee and customer experience while reducing risk.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma/bachelor’s in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Executive support or senior admin roles across regions; office/facilities management; event coordination; finance/procurement/vendor management.

Technical: Microsoft Office Suite; compliance and contract management.
