- Assist the Sales team in coordinating the Export of parts to the Head office in Egypt
- Work with suppliers to ensure product specifications align with customers' requirements
- Monitor and track supplier deliveries to ensure on-time shipment and resolve any delays - Prepare sales quotations monthly in response to exchange rate and market conditions
- Process invoices and purchase orders (PO) while ensuring accurate and timely documentation for all transactions
- Coordinating shipment arrangements (both sea and air) in line with customer demands
- Verify and process letters of Credit (L/C) to facilitate smooth international transactions
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents (B/L, Form CO, etc.) according to L/C requirements and ensure timely submission to the bank for clearance
