The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Sales & Admin Coordinator to support the General Manager and Commercial Team in the continued growth in the Nordics. This is a permanent position and will report to the General Manager Nordics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Team to ensure needs of Customers/Partners are met;

  • Price list management

  • Rebate tracking

  • Daily contact to customer service to manage customer challenges

  • New product launch execution

  • Presentation building

  • Support customer contract and follow up

  • Consumption and internal data support

  • Respond to numerous ad-hoc requests for information from various internal / external stakeholders

  • Invoice handling

  • Lead contact to Danish Food Authority

  • Be the local office manager in Copenhagen and take care of the details needed to run an offic...
