Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders for Indian market and ensure accurate monitoring of the order book
  • Coordinate with banking institutions to set up bank guarantees and documentary credits
  • Work closely with our Group factories (France, Belgium, USA, Canada, China) to monitor manufacturing lead times
  • Handle transportation logistics, including price negotiations with carriers and forwarding agents
  • Prepare and manage export transport documentation, including certificates of origin, bill of lading (BL) instructions, and customs documents
