Sales Administrator (Motor Industry) Role Overview: The Sales Administrator is a vital member of the sales support team, responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of all vehicle sales. This role requires strong administrative expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the motor trade. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure that all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Sales Processing & Documentation Prepare and process all new and used vehicle orders. Complete, verify, and manage sales documentation including invoices, order forms, registration forms, and finance agreements. Liaise with Revenue for vehicle registrations.
