Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries through phone, Viber, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to all client messages and calls.
Record and organize all client details (name, project location, contact info, requirements, and timeline) for quotation and coordination purposes.
Maintain a client-focused and service-oriented approach in every interaction.
