Job Responsibilities

To assist the Training Coordinator in the following:

  1. Outreach & Introduction:

­    Reach out to existing and potential customers via email or calls to introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.

  1. CRM Management:

­    Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for efficient sales tracking.

  1. Follow-Up:

­    Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. WhatsApp Management:

­    Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with professionalism.

  1. Team Collaboration:

­    Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales and marketing plans.

  1. Affiliation & Collaboration:

­    Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand business networks.
