To assist the Training Coordinator in the following:
- Outreach & Introduction:
Reach out to existing and potential customers via email or calls to introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.
- CRM Management:
Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for efficient sales tracking.
- Follow-Up:
Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- WhatsApp Management:
Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with professionalism.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Affiliation & Collaboration:
Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand business networks.
