Admin Supervisor – Job Responsibilities
(With experience in Safety Training Centers)
- Oversee daily sales and administrative operations of the safety training center.
- Lead, train, and supervise sales and admin staff to ensure performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training enrollments and corporate partnerships.
- Monitor client pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with accredited trainers to ensure proper conduct of training programs.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE standards, safety regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Review and approve training schedules, client contracts, quotations, and reports.
- Handle client escalations, concerns, and special training requests.
