Admin Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

(With experience in Safety Training Centers)

  • Oversee daily sales and administrative operations of the safety training center.
  • Lead, train, and supervise sales and admin staff to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training enrollments and corporate partnerships.
  • Monitor client pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with accredited trainers to ensure proper conduct of training programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE standards, safety regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Review and approve training schedules, client contracts, quotations, and reports.
  • Handle client escalations, concerns, and special training requests.
